Lansdowne Road Heritage Views - Croydon
Contract Requirement
Produce a selection of views from seven locations around Croydon to show the impact of the development on heritage assets within and near to the town centre.
The following views were requested
- View 1, The Alms Houses (the view should be taken from outside the American Express Foreign Exchange so the Alms Houses can be seen with the proposal in the background).
- View 2, From outside the police station on Park Lane so the development can be appraised in the context of Fairfield Halls and Segas house.
- View 3, From the grounds of Croydon Minster.
- View 4, From Wandle Park.
- View 5+6, From the East India Estate Conservation Area.
- View 7, From Park Hill.
- View 8, From the junction of Surrey Street Market with the Green Dragon public house.

The Guildhouse-Rosepride £350 million mixed-use proposal for Croydon comprising two unique linked towers of 35 and 55 storeys, 4-star-hotel, 90 services apartments, 397 residential apartments, 24,000sq m Grade A office space, café, restaurant and bar. Subject to planning permission.

St. Mary Magdalene Church in Croydon is a Grade 1 listed building and is located within the East India Estate Conservation Area.
